Who we are


On this page, the methods of managing the site in relation to the processing of personal data of users who consult it are described.

The information is provided only for this website and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links.

The information also follows Recommendation No. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered in the Working Party established by art. 29 della direttiva n. 95/46/CE, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the methods, timing, and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the connection.

A) “DATA CONTROLLER” and “DATA PROCESSOR” 

Following the consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.

The “data controller” of their processing is the legal representative, who is therefore obliged to all the obligations provided by law.

  1. The data provided by the customer, including email, will be processed, communicated, and disseminated, also with the help of electronic or automated means, by the owner and/or through subjects appointed or designated by it, for purposes related to the use of the Site, for statistical purposes, for sending advertising material and for marketing products by the owner and/or by affiliated companies.
  2. The provision of data through the completion of the registration form and the acceptance of the access conditions to the Site expresses the Customer’s consent to the processing of personal data for purposes related to the aforementioned access. Such data is considered mandatory as they allow the correct execution of access to the requested services and any lack or revocation may result in the non-continuation of the relationship.
  3. The use of data for commercial purposes (sending of advertising material, promotional etc.) is instead subject to an express, optional consent by the Customer and any lack thereof will have no consequences regarding the methods of access to services within the Site. Whenever the owner intends to collect your data for these purposes, the Customer will be asked to give or not give their consent to the processing.
  4. The aforementioned data, as well as those processed by third parties, will not be subject to communication and dissemination except in cases provided by law and the processing will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, and transparency to protect the confidentiality and rights of the Customer.

5 At any time the Customer can exercise his rights against the data controller, pursuant to Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, which for clarity is reported in full:

Legislative Decree No. 196/2003:

Art. 7 – Right to access personal data and other rights

  1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.
  2. The data subject has the right to obtain information:

 a) the origin of personal data;

 b) the purposes and methods of processing;

 c) the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;

 d) the identification details of the data controller, data processors, and the designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;

 e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it as appointed representatives in the territory of the State, data processors, or persons in charge of processing.

  1. The data subject has the right to obtain:

 a) updating, rectification, or, when interested, integration of data;

 b) cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;

 c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been notified, including their content, to those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where such compliance is impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

  1. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:

 a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;

 b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for the performance of market research or commercial communication.
