Made with grapes from Costa del Buso, a paleovulcanic soil on the top of the hill, where wind and sun give the wine verticality, spice and elegance.
The idea for this wine came from a desire to explore the possibilities of our grapes to make a product capable not only of aging beautifully, but also of being a good companion to spicy and gamey foods
